Carpet protectors have always been expensive, in many cases prohibitively so. Our protectant actually costs less than other so called leading brand names of carpet protectors.

Designed exclusively to take advantage of the Chem-Dry co-application process for maximum coverage and penetration of every carpet fibre. We apply the protector additive to our Natural cleaning solution so that it is applied in the same process as we clean. The mechanical action of the buffer pad against the carpet fibres ensures complete coverage of each and every fibre. The heat generated from this process warms up the fibres allowing them to open (expanding with heat) this allows the chemical protector to infiltrate right into the fibres and when cooling occurs the fibres shrink back to the normal size leaving a locked-in protective shield. With our co-application, we have no increase in drying times.

Our protectant can even be applied to newly purchased carpets, curtains or upholstery in your own home. So you can keep that "brand new" look for much longer.

Conclusive tests show that Powerguard™ provides better soil and stain protection than any other protector available. When subjected to heavy, dry soil traffic, Powerguard™ exhibits an incredible ability to prevent soil particles from penetrating fibres, and the majority of the soil can be vacuumed away with ease.
